KaDeWe
Germany’s Largest Department Store
KaDeWe, short for Kaufhaus des Westens, is one of the largest department stores in Europe, spreading over 60,000 square metres.
The store was heavily damaged during World War II but reopened in 1950 after extensive restoration. Adapting to changes and evolving is in this place’s nature, and today, it still prides itself on staying ahead of the trends.
